Great quality cable. Helped improve DSL line stats
Excellent quality cable must have for DSL users. In trying to improve my DSL line stats I installed a pots/DSL splitter in my nid and ran a dedicated cat6 home run to a good quality IDC phone jack in my Network closet. I them purchased this patch cable to finish off the rewire properly and boy did my line stats improve. My line anttenuaion dropped significantly and my noise margins rose significantly for both upload and download. If your a DSL customer this is a must buy as well as doing the cat5e/cat6 home run if you want to squeeze the most you can out of your connection. Excellent job cables to go on this DSL Patch cable.

Sturdy!
This cable was purchased to replace flimsy, frayed phone cable from wall jack to desk phone, has to run behind a bookshelf and needed to be about 20' long. This cable is overkill for this application in the sense it's shielded and has metal reinforcements at both plugs, but hey, it looks good and does the job. I will purchase different length of this cable to replace cables from wall jack to modem and fax machine.

Is working great
Appears to be of a higher quality than what the AT&T installer used. My only regret is the installer left a male connector coming out of my wall, Not C2G's fault. But I did have to use a coupler to make my new cable work. Would buy their cables again if I need any in the future. I originally thought they were a little pricey, but the outstanding quality when I got the product made up for the price difference.

Awesome data cable
To the person that rated this cable one star. Know what you're ordering and if you're not sure... pick up the phone.
This cable replaced the stock Qwest phone line to my modem and raised the speed from 10Mb to 12Mb, it's rated speed. You can't beat top of the line cables.

Far better than regular phone cable.
I am using this cable from my line filter to
my DSL internet modem. I'm getting a far better
signal to my PC network than when I was using
regular phone cable.

Looking over the images of the cable, it looks like it has an RJ45 rigged to work as an RJ11, wouldn't that be too wide to fit in the standard wall phone jack?

This does not have a Cat5 or Cat5e rating. This cable has a RJ11 connector whereas a Cat5e cable has a RJ45 connector. This cable would connect a DSL modem to a phone line.
