Exactly as described. Perfect!
We have two TVs mounted on the walls and the HDMI cables behind them were bent in half due to the crazy angle that they have to fit into the TV. But we put this adapter into the tv now and let the adapter do the bending, then we put the hdmi cable into the adapter, and no more bent HDMI heads.
