Not individually labeled.
The cables work fine, however they do not have individual "serial numbers" like the FC cables I'm used to, so you'll need to label them on both ends if you want to be able to visually differentiate between cables.

Do the Multimode LC-LC cables ship in straight or cross-over configuration. Can they be swapped at one end or are they fixed?
The connectors can be swapped they are NOT fixed. They are shipped straight through.
