Ensures smooth implementation or easy expansion of a fast ethernet network. The converter is completely transparent, so the network performs exactly as it did before. Yet it now provides for the coexistence of both copper and fiber media, and allows the installation of fiber cabling anywhere within the network topology by connecting to existing devices. Its compact modular design facilitates space-saving deployment in a narrow desktop location. Comes with an external power supply.

I have a multimode fiber that is daisy chained from a network closet to a Talk a phone in a parking lot and then daisy chained on to 2 other talk a phones that require and Ethernet connection. What type of convertor can I use to make the transition to copper Ethernet at each location. Two of the pieces of equipment will have a fiber coming in and then leaving to the next location.
Our Media Converters will convert in either direction.
