This cable is constructed from 28 AWG wire, and is foil shielded to protect short cable runs from EMI/RFI interference. The fully molded connectors have easy-to-use extra long thumbscrews for a fast connection. SVGA provides a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from After driving around to several stores After driving around to several retail stores looking for a VGA cable male/male over 12 foot, I finally said "why am I doing this?". One store had a m/m 6 foot long, another store had 12 foot but only m/f, and last store said to me "if you something like that you will have to go to our website" bingo!! I went home, did a search, found "cables to go" and they had exactly what I wanted, ordered it in less than 5 minutes and saved 10 gallons of gas.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good for using HDTV as computer monitor I'm using this to connect a laptop to a HDTV for use as a large monitor. I've only used it for a few weeks, it doesn't get any flexing or wear and tear, but it has worked flawlessly so far. Picture looks fine. I was concerned about interference and shield quality but that does not seem to be a problem, at least as far it picking up interference from other devices.

CAN I USE THIS TO CONNECT MY LAPTOP TO MY TELEVISION SO I CAN WATCH HULU AND NETFLIX?

Yes as long as the TV has a VGA connection. Please understand that this cable will not display a great resolution. 800x600 is the highest resolution.
